Here Are Some Answers To FAQ

Question: When are you in each state?

Our shipping schedule, including pickup and delivery dates, is always available on our website for your convenience. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances — such as weather delays or other disruptions — we prioritize clear and timely communication. All affected customers will be promptly notified of any changes, ensuring you're never left in the dark.

Question: What if my item has to be picked up but I'm not ready to receive it?

Answer: We offer warehouse  storage for all your storage needs, no need to rush  delivering your items. When you are ready to receive your item, log on to your online portal or contact our office at 505-630-5522.

Question: Does your driver have a helper?

Answer:  Yes, our drivers will always have one additional employee with them for every shipment large or small. Depending on the shipment, we will have a specialty trained employee ready to help if needed.

Question: What type of trucks do you have?

Answer:  We have a 24 ft box truck with a lift gate. All trucks are equipped with supplies needed to protect your shipment.

Question: What type of information is on your online portal?

Answer: Every customer is offered an online account where they can login and get up to date information such as the location of their shipment, date of arrival, pictures of pickup condition, and much much more.

Question: Is my shipment Insured?

Answer: Yes every shipment that is in our possession is fully insured. 

Question: What are your hours of operation?

Answer: We are open 24/7/365. We may be busy assisting other customers but we will return your call asap. For a faster response, you can text 505-630-5522.

Question: How is my shipment secured overnight?

Answer: Our trucks are constantly locked and are also equipped with motion alarms and security cameras to notify us of any tampering. if all systems were to fail your shipments would be 100% covered.

Question: Do You Provide Residential & Commercial Moving?

Answer: Yes we do, we have a separate department that handles all moving accounts.
